At Amazing Parenting, we are committed to delivering high-quality, bespoke parenting and counselling support. As an accredited and independent organisation, our services are grounded in professional expertise, personal experience, research, and a foundation of moral and biblical principles.
Service Delivery

Support is offered in a variety of formats: virtually, in person, via email, and over the phone.

Sessions are scheduled for up to one hour, depending on individual needs.

Email responses are typically provided within 24 to 72 hours, where possible.
Client Autonomy

Clients are free to accept or decline any advice or recommendations offered.

There is no obligation to implement the guidance provided.
Fees and Payment

All sessions are chargeable.

Fees must be agreed upon and paid in advance, once the client has completed the required information form.
Conduct Expectations

Amazing Parenting maintains a respectful and supportive environment. Clients are expected to refrain from using offensive language or aggressive behaviour in any form, including verbal or written communication.

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate any session without refund if these standards are not upheld.
Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session will be fully chargeable.
Confidentiality

All communication between clients and Amazing Parenting is strictly confidential.

Information will only be disclosed if required by law or law enforcement, particularly where there is a concern for the safety of a child or vulnerable adult.
