Amazing Parenting – Terms & Conditions

Service Overview

Amazing Parenting provides personalised parenting and counselling support through virtual, in-person, phone, and email sessions. All advice is based on professional knowledge, personal experience, research, and moral and biblical principles.

Session Details

Sessions are up to 60 minutes in length.
Email responses will be provided within 24–72 hours where possible.

Fees & Payments

All sessions are chargeable.
Fees must be agreed upon and paid in advance after the client completes the required information form.

Client Choice

Clients are under no obligation to follow the advice provided and may accept or decline it at any time.

Conduct Policy

Clients must refrain from using offensive language or aggressive behaviour (spoken or written).
Amazing Parenting reserves the right to cancel or end a session without refund if this code of conduct is violated.

Cancellations

Sessions may be cancelled free of charge with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session will be charged in full.

Confidentiality

All client communication is confidential and will not be shared unless:

Required by law or police; or
There is a safeguarding concern involving a child or vulnerable adult at risk.
